These Beekeepers perform bee removal/relocation services on their own time for fees determined by each Beekeeper based on the job required and the distance traveled. Bee removal, particularly from structures, is difficult, time consuming and requires knowledge of bees as well as specific tools and equipment. The majority of feral hives and swarms in our area consist of Africanized bees. These bees are highly defensive and can be difficult to remove.
By requesting services from the above Beekeepers, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks and hazards of encountering bees during the removal process. You agree to hold harmless the Beekeeper(s) and PBC from any claims, suits, actions or causes of action arising out of any injury, accident, or damage that occurs in the process of attempted bee removal.
You also agree and understand that once the removal efforts are complete, you are responsible for the repair of any modifications to property required by Beekeepers to access the bees. Neither the Beekeeper(s) nor PBC will perform or be responsible for any repairs or damage that that occurs during the attempted bee removal.
You also agree that the Beekeepers’ liability for errors or omission in the scope of work is limited to a refund of fees paid.
